On the east side one guest bedroom has a double bed and the other guest bedroom has 2 twins. There is a connecting guest bath between the bedrooms. Downstairs, the 4th bedroom has a double bed and bath (shower only). You can enjoy the coastal breeze sitting on the deck that faces south and you have plenty of room to dock your boat.
